    "An Act relating to geothermal resources; relating to the definition                                                        
   of 'geothermal resources'; and providing for an effective date."                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 135(RES) would be                                                              
held to the May 9 calendar.
